Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Agenxes ([COMPANY LEGAL NAME], "we") collects, why, and what control you have. Plain English first, specifics after.
1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, business name, website URL). Content you provide in conversations with the assistant, including facts about your business stored in your Business Brain. Data from accounts you choose to connect via OAuth (e.g., analytics, social, email, and advertising platforms) — limited to the scopes shown on the connection screen. Usage data about how you interact with our dashboard and chat. Billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see full card numbers.
2. What we do with it
We use your data to operate the service: building your Business Brain, generating and executing marketing work you approve, producing reports, and improving your results over time. We use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business's private data to market to anyone else.
3. AI processing
Agenxes is powered by large language models provided by Anthropic. Content needed to perform your work (such as Business Brain entries, conversation messages, and connected-account data relevant to a task) is processed by these models via API. Per our agreement with our AI providers, API data is not used to train their models. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
4. Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google, Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify), we access only the data needed to deliver the services you've enabled, using OAuth — we never receive or store your passwords. You can disconnect any account at any time from the dashboard, which revokes our access.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: service providers that host and operate the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for payments); third-party platforms you have connected, as required to execute work you approved (e.g., publishing a post to your Instagram); and authorities when legally required. We require service providers to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days (so you can reactivate without losing your Business Brain), then delete it. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@agenxes.com — we'll complete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g., billing records).
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither). To exercise any right, email privacy@agenxes.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and logged. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.
9. Children
Agenxes is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
