Refund & Cancellation Policy

We'd rather earn your renewal than trap your payment. Here's exactly how the trial, cancellation, and refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, so nothing is ever charged unless you actively subscribe. Everything the assistant produced during your trial remains yours.
2. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the dashboard in one click — no calls, no forms, no retention scripts. Monthly plans remain active until the end of the paid month. Annual plans remain active until the end of the paid year.
3. Refunds
Monthly plans: your first paid month is covered by a satisfaction guarantee — if Agenxes isn't a fit, email support within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that, monthly charges are non-refundable but you keep access through the period. Annual plans: refundable on a prorated basis (unused full months) within the first 60 days; thereafter non-refundable but you keep access through the term.
4. What's never refunded by us
Third-party costs are outside our control and billed by their providers: your advertising spend (Meta, Google, TikTok), and subscriptions to tools you own (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify). Done-With-You concierge and expert sessions are refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Capacity overages never create surprise charges — we ask before anything changes your bill.
6. How to reach us
Email support@agenxes.com from your account email with your business name. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
