Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — the change takes effect at the start of the next monthly cycle. No fees, no re-onboarding.
How does cancellation work?+
Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days written notice via your shared channel or email. You'll be billed for the notice period and then off-boarded cleanly.
Do you offer refunds?+
See our Refund Policy for the full details. Short version: we don't offer refunds on delivered months, but you're never locked into a long contract.
Are there setup fees?+
No. Every plan includes free onboarding in the first 14 days. You only pay the monthly subscription.
What about ad spend?+
Ad budget is separate and paid directly to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. from your own accounts. We manage it — you own it.
Do I need a full year commitment?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Many clients stay 12+ months because the results compound, but you're never locked in.
Can I customize a plan?+
The three plans cover 95% of SMBs. If you need something bigger (dedicated pod, multi-brand, enterprise SLAs), book a call and we'll quote a custom plan.
