Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may — and may not — use Agenxes services, including our AI agents, operator team, and any content they create on your behalf. It applies to every plan (Solo, Team, Agency) and every client.

You will not use Agenxes to

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages to consumers ("consumer spam").
  • Violate the terms of service of any platform we integrate with (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Impersonate any person, brand, or business you do not have permission to represent.
  • Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful.
  • Promote products or services that are illegal in the target market — including regulated substances, weapons, adult content, gambling in restricted jurisdictions, MLM/pyramid schemes, and financial "get-rich-quick" schemes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Agenxes agent stack to third parties without a written partnership agreement.
  • Ask our operators or agents to bypass fraud checks, generate fake reviews, or manipulate ratings on any platform.
  • Collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (health, financial, government ID) through our channels without a signed DPA and appropriate safeguards in place.
  • Use our infrastructure to send political campaign messaging without a signed addendum covering compliance obligations.

Cold outreach rules

Cold B2B email and LinkedIn outreach are permitted under strict rules:
  • Only to business contacts at business email addresses.
  • Every message includes a clear sender identity and one-click opt-out.
  • We honor unsubscribes across all sequences within 24 hours.
  • We do not send cold email to consumers or personal Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail accounts.
  • Sending complies with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR / PECR (EU/UK) — including legitimate-interest documentation for EU/UK contacts.

AI-generated content

Every AI-generated asset that ships to end audiences is reviewed by a human operator. You are the publisher of record and retain final approval. Do not ask us to generate content that infringes copyright, deepfakes real people without consent, or fabricates testimonials, endorsements, certifications, or statistics.

Account access & security

You are responsible for the access credentials you provide to our operators. Use named seats (not shared logins), enable 2FA where available, and revoke access promptly when off-boarding operators. We store credentials in an encrypted vault and follow least-privilege access.

Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is misusing Agenxes services, email hello@agenxes.com with the subject "AUP report" and details of the alleged violation.

Consequences

Suspected violations may result in a written warning, suspension of specific workflows, or immediate termination for cause — depending on severity. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable in the case of termination for a material AUP violation.
