Experience
One person, accountable for the whole engagement.
Agenxes is run by Carlos Zuluaga. The person who reads your enquiry is the person who runs the diagnosis, builds the workflow, trains your team, and answers for it afterwards. There is no pod, no bench, and nobody to be passed along to.
How I work
Five commitments that shape every engagement
Diagnosis before tools
No tool gets chosen until the bottleneck is written down in plain language and agreed. Most AI projects fail because they start at the software.
One thing at a time
Work runs in sequence. A workstream is finished and handed over before the next one begins, so you always have something working rather than several things nearly working.
A human stays in the loop
Anything that reaches a customer gets approved by a person. AI drafts, prepares, and organises; it does not get the final word.
Handover is the deliverable
If your team cannot run it without me in the room, it is not done. Documentation is written for the people doing the job, not for a consultant's archive.
Honest about limits
Some problems are process problems, or hiring problems, or pricing problems. When that is the case, I'll say so rather than sell a build.
Why solo works
Small scope, high attention
A traditional agency solves the capacity problem by adding people, which adds cost, coordination, and distance from the work. AI tooling removes most of that need for the kind of problems small and mid-sized businesses actually have.
The trade-off is real and worth stating: this practice takes on a limited number of clients, and work runs one stream at a time. If you need several departments transformed simultaneously, that is a different kind of firm.
