Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our plans

Agenxes offers three subscription plans:
  • Solo — $495 USD / month
  • Team — $999 USD / month
  • Agency — $1,299 USD / month
All plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. See /pricing for what's included in each tier.

Billing cycle

Your billing date is the calendar day on which you activated the plan. Invoices are issued on that day each month and are due net-7. Late payments beyond 10 days may result in a temporary pause of service until the balance is settled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@agenxes.com or by notifying your operator in your shared channel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of a 30-day notice period. You will be billed for the notice period and continue to receive full service through that date. After the notice period, all account access, data exports, and hand-offs are completed within 14 days.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remainder of the current cycle; downgrades are not pro-rated.

Refunds

Because our services are delivered continuously throughout each month, Agenxes does not issue refunds for months already delivered or currently in progress, including the 30-day notice period. The only exceptions are:
  • Duplicate charges — refunded in full within 5 business days.
  • Onboarding failure — if, within the first 14 days after activation, we have not been able to complete onboarding due to a failure on our side (not due to missing access or delayed responses from your team), you may cancel with a full refund of the first month.
  • Local law — where local consumer law requires a refund period that we cannot legally waive, that law applies.

Ad spend and third-party costs

Ad budgets (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) are paid directly by you to those platforms from your own accounts — Agenxes never holds ad spend. Any third-party software licenses, stock assets, or premium data sources purchased on your behalf are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once purchased.

Pausing service

In lieu of cancellation, you may pause your plan for up to 60 days per calendar year at 25% of your monthly rate (a "hold fee") to retain your operator, agent configuration, and playbooks. Pauses must be requested in writing at least 14 days in advance.

Termination for cause

Agenxes may terminate an engagement without notice for material breach of these terms, including violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment beyond 30 days, or requests to perform work that is illegal or in violation of platform terms. Fees paid are non-refundable in these cases.
