Do I need to install anything?+

No. We join your existing Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, Telegram, or Discord workspace. If you don't have one set up yet, we'll spin one up for you in a day.

Who actually does the work — the AI or a person?+

Both. The agent drafts, schedules, monitors, and replies at machine speed. Named human operators review, prompt, and pick up anything the agent can't (negotiations, judgment calls, creative direction).

How fast can we go live?+

Most clients are live in 7–14 days from kickoff. Speed depends on how quickly we get access to your accounts and brand assets.

Are you a SaaS?+

No. Agenxes is a managed service. You're paying for a real team running real marketing — the agent is how we scale, not the product.

What if I want to pause or cancel?+

Month-to-month. Drop modules any time. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we hand over accounts, assets, and SOPs.
