Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of agenxes.com, prospects who submit lead forms or book a demo, and clients on any of our subscription plans (Solo, Team, Agency).

What we collect

  • Contact info you submit via forms, the demo flow, or during plan activation (name, email, company, channel preferences, billing address).
  • Billing data processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Operational data from connected tools (CRM, ad accounts, analytics) used to run your campaigns.
  • Conversations in shared channels where our agents and operators work with your team.
  • Basic site analytics (page, referrer, device) — no cross-site advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver the services in your plan, operate your AI agent, invoice you, improve our playbooks, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data. We do not train third-party foundation models on your private content.

AI processing

Messages routed through our agent may be processed by AI providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) under their enterprise / API terms, which prohibit training on your inputs by default. Sensitive fields can be redacted or excluded on request.

Sub-processors

We use vetted vendors for hosting, communication, analytics, and payments. A current list is available on request. Contracts include confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Retention

Client data is retained for the life of the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted or anonymized unless a legal hold applies. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years). Lead form data is retained up to 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR and California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Security

Access is role-based and limited to assigned operators. Credentials are stored in an encrypted vault. We require SSO and 2FA where supported by your tools.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in your shared channel or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
